The DETIConnect took place in February 2024, at the University of Aveiro, aiming to bring the academic community closer to businesses by hosting lectures and workshops on current topics essential for universities.

Sara Furão, Artificial Intelligence engineer at BOTSchool, attended the event to present our platform and highlight how Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI can benefit companies and customer service areas.

During the presentation, the evolution of artificial intelligence over the years was discussed, along with its increasing ability to enhance companies’ interactions with customers. BOTSchool was showcased as a success case in one of the biggest telecom operators in Europe, demonstrating how the new generative capabilities further improve corporate communications.
