What is a Program?

A Program is similar to a school subject, representing specific knowledge that can be taught to a Bot Student. It serves as a map of human interactions and human conversation flows, encompassing discussions on various subjects along with instructions on how to construct responses.

Each Program can be used by multiple students, the same way an entire classroom with students learning the same subject from the same teacher.

Types of Programs

There are two types of Programs:

An intent-type Program works by detecting the user’s intent. It extracts the meaning of the user’s message and seeks to match it with the benefits defined in the Program. Intent recognition is achieved through the process of providing examples of text alongside their corresponding intents to the model. The intent Program is considered supervised learning.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) Program is designed to provide information on frequently asked questions or concerns. It utilizes a collection of question-answer pairs compiled in advance to retrieve an appropriate answer in response to a user’s query that is likely to occur frequently. This type of Program is considered unsupervised learning.
