Jorge Sousa, Head of Conversational AI, participated in the “Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education” event at Universidade Lusófona, on the 22^nd of February, where he shared his view on “How AI is Reshaping our Future”.

During the session, Jorge Sousa addressed the evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in recent years, the significance and importance it has gained in our society and the new era of AI marked by ChatGPT.

To complete the presentation, Jorge Sousa showed Altice Labs’ BOTSchool platform as an example of how artificial intelligence and conversational tools can work in real life, especially when applied to a use case where it is necessary to improve interactions between customers and companies.

The session was attended by several participants, online and on-site, and its purpose was to discuss the growing importance of artificial intelligence in our daily lives, mainly in the higher education sector, as well as the challenges and risks associated with the rise of this technology.
