Jorge Sousa, Head of Conversational AI in BOTSchool, was invited to participate in the roundtable entitled “Developing Technological Solutions for eCommerce: Programming and Integrations” at the Digitalks event, which took place on March 22^nd and 23^rd, at the Polo Tecnológico de Lisboa. During the conversation, several topics were discussed about the impact of technology in eCommerce and how it boosts the growth of the sector.

In this way, the event brought an opportunity to once again position BOTSchool as a Conversational AI Platform capable of addressing current challenges and helping companies modernize themselves. At the same time, the event provided an avenue to discuss and exchange ideas with other professionals in the field, thereby continuing to develop our vision of the market needs.

The event had over 60 speakers and more than 15 exhibitors, from Portugal, Spain, and Brazil. The main goal was to showcase the digital market and facilitate knowledge sharing among participants, as well as enable companies to update themselves with information on the new era of the digital economy, covering topics such as eCommerce, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and Data Protection, among others.
